Newport Model 700 TO-Can Laser Diode Mount Overview:

These model 700 laser diode mounts offer an affordable and convenient mounting solution. Direct access to the TO-Can window is offered as well as two built-in 12.5 watt Peltier thermoelectric coolers. This allows for a wide operating temperature range and high efficiency heat transfer which extends the operational lifetime of any diode used with this mount. The sockets and wiring will accommodate both 3 and 4 pin configurations. The rear panel can be removed to configure for any pin configuration. The sides of the mount have d-SUB connectors for current source and temperature (TEC) controller connections. Optimum temperature control is achieved via two built-in 12.5 W Peltier thermoelectric coolers (TEC). To increase system flexibility, the mount incorporates a nitrogen purge fitting, a BNC connector and solder post for modulation (BIAS-T not included), and two temperature sensors (thermistor and AD592CN)
