LDT-5525 TEC Controller

The LDT-5525, manufatured by ILX Lightwave, is a precision TEC controller designed specifically for temperature control of laser diodes. Its temperature contol loop is based on a hybrid PI design. This control loop combines precision temperature control with simple set-up and control. The LDT-5525 will work with multiple temperature sensor types, including thermistors and IC sensor types. The wide range of acceptable temperature sensors provides a broad range of temperature control options.

Fast Temperature Settling and High Stability TEC Control

These controllers are designed to ensure quick temp. settling times and maintain high temperature stability over the control range. The typically stability is within +0.04 degress Celsius of the temperature set-point. A simple, intuitive front panel provides allows the user to get this TEC controller up and running in a matter of minutes.
