Product Overview:

These high compliance voltage laser diode drivers are designed for driving vertical and horizontal stacks and arrays. They are commonly used for biasing the high power pump lasers used in solid state and/or fiber lasers. These units are designed for operation in the laboratory or industrial applications. These drivers provide up to 20 Amps in CW mode and 40 Amps in QCW mode ~ both with up to 120 volts DC. The QCW mode pulse duration ranges from 50 µs to 1000 µs with repetition rates from 1 Hz to 500 Hz. Laser diode protection features include adjustable current limit, duty cycle limit and safety interlocks. Additional features include an RS-232/485 serial communications interface.
