Product Overview:

CW and QCW high power laser diode driver is designed to provide QCW operation up to 80 Amps at 60 Volts (limited by maximum average power) for today's high power array laser diodes. In CW operation the laser diode driver can provide up to 40 Amps at 60 Volts. The benchtop controller is ideal for laboratory applications or use in the production environments. The Fedal SF530 series includes adjustable current limit, duty cycle limit and safety interlocks for constant laser diode protection. QCW operation is available with pulse duration ranges from 50 µs to 1000 µs, with repetition rates from 1 Hz to 500 Hz. Remote interface is possible via the RS-232 or RS-485 serial communication for easy integration into automated test setups.
