Product Overview:

150 Amp Short Pulse, High Current Laser Diode Driver

These high current, short pulse laser diode drivers were developed for emerging applications such as LiDAR to deliver clean, ultra-short high current pulses. The PCB offers a mounting pad for 5.6mm and 9mm TO-can package types. Direct mounting the laser diode to the circuit board eliminates the need for impedance matching cables and resistive elements, and speeds development and deployment of the driver board in your application. A factory pre-set pulse width customized for your application is offered at not additional charge. Options for testing with your laser diode prior to shipment are available. The user can set the output current level by setting an input voltage level to the driver, the output current scales from 0 to 150A based on the amplitude of the input voltage level. The pulse width is factory pre-set. The customer can specify the pulse width prior to shipment.
