These fully integrated control modules from Sacher LaserTechnik offer a compact and affordable solution for laboratory control of butterfly packaged laser diodes or for product integration. These modules include a 500mA laser diode current source, a 16 Watt TEC controller, and a mount with heat sinking for butterfly packaged devices. Additional features include a modulation input, monitor photodiode measurement and a remote interface. A full array of status indicator LED's inform the user of operational mode details and alert the user to any potential alarm conditions.
