High Voltage High Current TEC Controller

The TECA1-3V-3V-D is a compact, low profile, and fully EMI-shielded controller designed for driving TECs. Temperature stability of better than ±0.01°C can be achieved.

Maximum Versatility for Real-World Environments

The controller utilizes a PWM-driven H-Bridge for maximum electrical efficiency and bidirectional control agility. Intelligent pin functions and robust driver circuitry makes this one of the most capable board-level OEM controllers on the market.

High Efficiency Flexibility

The TECA1-3V-3V-D is driven by a single-polarity power supply voltage, The output voltage is approximately 0.2V below the power supply voltage.

The electrical efficiency is maximum when the TEC output voltage is near to the power supply voltage, so this TEC Controller is available in a range of configurations. Efficiency levels above 90% can be achieved by choosing the appropriate controller for the TEC and application.
