Product Overview:

QCW High Power laser diode driver is designed for driving a high power laser diode array used for pumping diode pumped solid state or fiber lasers. It is designed for operation in the laboratory, educational, experimental and industrial applications. The pulsed driver provides up to 350 Amps at up to 300 VDC. Pulse duration ranges from 50 µs to 1000 µs, with repetition rates from 1 Hz to 1000 Hz. Laser diode protection features include adjustable current limit, duty cycle limit and safety interlocks. Additionally, the driver includes an RS-232/485 serial communications interface and can be equipped with a thermoelectric temperature controller. Custom modifications available on request for specific laser diode arrays.
