±10 A Linear TEC Controller
The LTC-Series OEM linear laser diode controllers are a terrific solution when compact, cost-effective TEC control is needed in a space-constrained OEM application. Easy to use on-board and remote controls enable use in a wide range of devices, and the PI control loop ensures stable and reliable temperature regulation.
Straight-Forward Operation for Application Flexibility
Operating the LTC controller is simple and straight-forward. Parameters are set with on-board potentiometers and DIP switches, and connections are provided for external control. Selectable sensor current allows any of the common temperature sensors to be used: a wide range of NTC thermistors, RTDs, AD690, and LM335.
The TEC controller employs a user-adjustable PI-control loop for fast settling times and to maintain long-term stability when the load temperature conditions change, and the loop constants can be adjusted by remote signals. The bipolar drive current limits guarantees the safety of the TEC and load.
