AVOZ-G High-Current, Long Pulse Width Laser Diode Driver

High-Current, Wide-Pulse, Pulsed Voltage Laser Diode Drivers:

The model AVOZ-G pulsers for laser didoes are voltage pulsers which offer current ratings from 20A to 100A. These pulse drivers are designed to deliver wide pulses to laser diodes, diode arrays, and other low impedance loads. They deliver up to 20 volts into a load of 1Ω or higher, with a commensurate current up to 20A. They are specified with sub 50 nanosecond rise & fall times. They offer a variable repetition rate up to 10 kHz. The pulse width is variable from 200 nanoseconds up to 1 millisecond. They are specified with a max duty cyle at 2.5%. The model 2-B provides up to 50 volts amplitudes into loads of 1 ohm or higher and offer laser diode drive currents up to 50 Amps. The rise and fall times for the 2-B version are sub 60 nanoseconds with a variable rep rate up to 5 kHz. The pulse width is variable from 200 nanoseconds up to 100 microseconds with a duty cycle maximum of 0.8%.
