ILX Lightwave LDT-5412 TEC Controller

The ILX Lightwave model LDT-5412 TEC controller is a high stability temperature controller for semiconductor laser diodes. They offer typical temperature control stability of 0.01°C over a one hour time period. These affordable laboratory benchtop instruments are designed to control temperature against a 10K thermistor input. They display thermistor resistance and current on the front panel while delivering power to a thermoelectric TEC module. Their temperature control loop is designed to settle to the desired temperature quickly, and without needing to optimize PID variables.
