Product Overview:

These water cooled high power laser diode heat sinks are designed for >200 Watt fiber coupled modules, CS bar packaged laser arrays and other high heat load devices. Mounting holes are configured for your specific laser diode package style. These heat sinks are a high performance solution for cooling of laser diodes in laboratory environments. They are constructed from an anodized 0.5” thick aluminum plate with press in tube fittings for simple / safe connection to your water chiller or heat exchanger. They have a multi-channel grid of water channels spread through the mounting plate to maximize cooling effectiveness. These high power heat sinks have standard mounting hole patterns for nLight Pearl and other high power lasers.
