Product Overview:

These high power nanosecond pulsed drivers are designed to combine high power with short pulses for laser diodes. These OEM board drivers have a small footprint and can be integrated into sensing system products. They can also be used with an external DC power supply for laboratory research and development applications. The maximum output current amplitude setting is 70 amps.

Short Pulses for LiDAR and Laser Sensing Applications
The model LD-PULSE-70A offers nanosecond pulse widths down to 12 ns. Due to the high current level capacity of these pulsers, the maximum frequency is 20 kHz. The laser diode is connected to the output of the board directly by an anode and cathode launch pad. Direct connection to the LD prevents impedance matching issues.
