The LDT-5412 from ILX Lightwave is a bipolar TEC controller designed to have the features you need at a price you can afford. This economical laser diode temperature controller offers several thermistor current sense supply settings and displays resistance units of the laser's thermistor. The control loop is a hybrid PI loop designed to deliver fast settling times with a typical long term temperature stability of +0.01C.
